Married her first husband Dieter Bohlen in Las Vegas/USA, her second wedding with Franjo Pooth took place in San Diego/USA.

Legally changed her last name to "Pooth" after her second marriage because she wants to share the same name with her husband and her son, even though the name "Verona Feldbusch" is more or less a trademark in Germany.

Has her own line of underwear called "Verona's Dreams" which she sells at department stores in Germany and over the internet. The "Verona's Dreams" assortment has recently been extended to costume jewellery

Her father is German and her mother is Bolivian.
