Tyler has hazel eyes and his height is 5’ 10” .
In 1998 Tyler received a "Special Achievement Award" from the Toronto Artist Association following his supporting role in the feature film "Little Men" and the title role at age 10 in the Canadian touring company of the musical "Tommy".
Tyler currently spends half his time on a 60-Acre ranch between Montreal and Ottawa, where he lives with both his parents and his older brother Brandon.
In 2000 Tyler won the Young Star Internet Award following his lead role in the Action TV series "Peter Benchley's Amazon".
Tyler attended North Dundas District High School in Chesterville, Ontario.
Tyler is an avid skateboarder.
Tyler won the 2001 Hollywood Young Artist Awards for his role in Disney's The Other Me (2000) (TV).
