Greg Camp: There's a song called Waste that's an acoustic ballad... then it kinda breaks into this little hip-hop thing. It's our favorite song on the record. It's just awesome. People freak out on it. It's, like, a surfy ballad...it's kinda hard to explain. It's really cool, though. It's pretty deep, too. Smash Mouth's Walkin' On The Sun was originally a rap song Greg wrote years ago. Kevin found it an old shoebox full of tapes and showed it to the band and they reworked it.
