George Baldi (Talking about how Rockapella uses only the voices to achieve a variety of sounds in a concert): We achieve this trough the great arrangements of Scott Leonard. He has created a balance between harmony and rhythm which gives talented men an opportunity to share that sound trough voices alone.
Some of the members of the group had released solo projects, such as Barry Carl who released The Solow Project; Sean Altman with Unorthodox, Loosing Streak, alt.mania and SeanDEMOnium; Scott Leonard released two albums: Nice Kitty and Bluespeel.
The group originated in Providence, Rhode Island; but it consolidated when the founding members where studying in Brown University.
Rockapella album "Live in Japan" was launched in June of 2004.
