Richard Burgi: (On how he manage to keep his work and family life balanced) I switch wives weekly. I have a rotation of about 20-30 that I have made pledges too! Ha, Ha! I call it my wedding carousel! On a serious note, behind every good man is a great woman.
Richard Burgi: (On his athletic ability to do his own stunts) I have a fortunate amount of genetic programming in my system. But I'm a pretty lazy guy. I've always been active, but all this gets to be annoying sometimes, you know? You gotta run and jump and do this and jump off that, hang off this. And it's crazy. This week I cut myself, wound up with stitches in my hand. I hit my head, I've cracked teeth. I mean, it's nothing major, but I'm very vain. This sort of thing can get to you after a while.
Richard Burgi: (On the abrupt cancellation of The Sentinel back in 1998) I don't think it was abrupt. I think they were doing these packages of 65 episodes for shows and it met a certain criteria, and once that was fulfilled, I think it was just a business decision. Good or bad, it was just a decision.
Richard Burgi: (on what career he'd chosen if he hadn't chosen acting) Professional boxer, because I like silk robes and silk trunks! Also, I like the idea of a cup man in my corner!
