He had bought a closed Wal-Mart building there in 2003 for around $3 million, but has changed his plans on using that building, opting to build new facilities instead. Some of the attractions he plans on featuring include a 200-foot high oil derrick with a burning flame on top of it and a Hillbilly limosine, designed after the truck on the series.
Max is left-handed.
