Lilian was the ring announcer for WWF Raw Is War and WWF RAW.
She is also an accomplished actress performing in the theater productions of H.M.S. Pinafore, Godspell, The Miracle Worker, Tom Sawyer, and Fiddler on the Roof.
She is currently performing the National Anthem at numerous NBA Games.
She has opened for James Brown and George Lamond, in addition to performing with the acclaimed Starlight Orchestra of New York City for several years.
In November 2005, Lilian and the rest of the WWE divas participated in a "photo diary" from WWE intitled, Divas Uncovered.
Lilian has occasionally found herself involved in WWE storylines.
In November 2002, Lilian recorded Torrie Wilson's theme song, "Need A Little Time", for the WWE Anthology album. On January 13, 2004 WWE released the album, WWE Originals. Garcia recorded a track called, "You Just Don't Know Me At All". This is still her WWE entrance music to this day.
Lilian started ring announcing for the WWE in 1999 and quickly became the main RAW announcer.
Before signing with the WWE, Lilian appeared in the movie Modern Love as a singer.
Lilian was once a top 10 finalist in the Miss South Carolina contest.
