Tom Dobbs, comedic host of a political talk show - a la Bill Maher and Jon Stewart - runs for President of the US as an independent candidate who, after an issues-oriented campaign and an explosive performance in the final debate, gets just enough votes to win. Trouble is he owes his victory to a computer glitch in the national touch-screen voting system marketed by Delacroy, a private company with a rising stock price. To protect their fortune, Delacroy executives want to keep the glitch a secret, but one programmer, Eleanor Green, wants Dobbs to know the truth. Can she get to him?

OCP tries to replicate the success of the first unit, but ends up in failed prototypes with suicidal issues... until Dr. Faxx, scientist straying away from OCP?s path uses Kane as the new subject for the Robocop 2 project, a living God.

Just assigned to the Metro West Precint, Officer Alex Murphy is massacred to death by this gang, as his partner Anne Lewis is barely able to do nothing. At the same time, a young visionary executive, Bob Morton, seizes the chance when the ED-209 law enforcement Droid shows lack of perfection by killing a fellow executive to create the Perfect Cop. The near death Murphy is used as the subject. With his memories erased, he is resurrected as Robocop, the future of law enforcement. As he sweeps away with crime, case by case, he eventually becomes involved with the Cop Killing Gang, and Anne Lewis herself. All of this, triggering his dormant memories of his past life as he searches for who he really is, and uncover a conspiracy going deep in OCP with the Senior Vice President himself.

When Nick and Jan move into their new apartment in San Francisco, the batty landlady upstairs tells them about a girl who used to live there in the 20's: a brash young party girl named Maxie, who died in a car crash the morning before her big audition for a Hollywood studio. The trouble is, Maxie, or rather her ghost, hasn't left the house. Worse, she can take over Jan's body. And the only way she's going to leave is if she gets that audition.
