As of June 3rd, 2006, Laura is now engaged! Laura's fiance is Evan, and he was introduced briefly at her panel at the Anime Expo 2006 in Anaheim. Shortly afterwards, Laura received a public proposal from a fan.

Almost her first voice role Initially, Laura was slated to voice Dende in the redubbing of Dragonball Z when the voice actor was on leave, but the voice actor returned and Funimation used that person's lines instead of Laura's.
