Josie: Dreams come a size too big so that we can grow into them.
Josie has co-authored two books of parenting advice--Little Bits of Wisdom : A Collection of Tips and Advice from Real Parents and Making Memories: Lessons Learned.
Josie met her ex-husband, Rob Estes, at an open casting call for a TV movie in 1991. The two married on May 1, 1992.
In 1996, People magazine chose Josie as one of the 50 Most Beautiful People in the World.
During her second pregnancy, Josie made a special effort to gain only a healthy amount of weight. She used a combination of the Zone diet and pilates to help keep fit.
