Jane was nominated for a Soap Opera Digest Award in 1988 for Outstanding Newcomer Daytime for Santa Barbara.
She was a teenage DJ and station manager at K-RAT in Sacramento, California in the late 70's.
Jane was offered the part of Debra in Everybody Loves Raymond, she even signed the contract. Then she met Ray Romano and found out that he didn't know they had offered her the part, she suggested they talked about it, and he revealed he had someone like Patricia Heaton in mind. Jane still have hopes that such a wonderful part will come along for her again.
She was a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority while at UCLA.
