Two middle-aged lovers (J. Bisset and R. Berry) have been involved on and off for over twenty years. Angie (J. Bisset)'s younger daughter Winnie connects with Laurent (Bruno Putzulu), who has strongly bonded with the Richard Berry character. From the outset, the younger couple is as erratic as the older couple in their love affair. Will these two relationships continue chronically? What will it take to achieve a happy medium for a stable, long-lasting relationship?

Britannic
The lazaret ship Brittanic is used by England to transport weapons to Egypt. The German secret service wants to show that abuse of the red cross by overtaking the ship and steering it to a neutral port for inspection. The British secret service hear rumors of an operation and places its own agent, Vera Campell, a board, using the false identity of the nanny of the wife of the British Ambassador in Greece. The German plot to overtake the ship fails, so does a torpedo attack by a submarine. Will the ship be captured?

Let the Devil Wear Black
A college student (Jonathan Penner) launches an investigation into his wealthy father's death when he suspects his mother (Jacqueline Bisset) and his uncle (Jamey Sheridan) may have been involved. His suspicions seem cemented when the two announce their impending marriage only shortly after the death. The student's girl friend (Mary-Louise Parker) is also revealed to be increasingly unstable as the investigation progresses. Jonathan Banks also is revealed to be deeply involved, but the connection has to be found.

Joan of Arc
In 1412, a young girl called Jeanne is born in Domr?my, France. The times are hard: The Hunderd Years war with England has been going on since 1337, English knights and soldiers roam the country. Jeanne develops into a very religious young woman, she confesses several times a day. At the age of 13, she has her first vision and finds a sword. When coming home with it, she finds the English leveling her home town. Years after that, in 1428, she knows her mission is to be ridding France of the English and so sets out to meet Charles, the Dauphin. In his desperate military situation, he welcomes all help and gives the maiden a chance to prove her divine mission. After the successful liberation of Orl?ans and Reims, the Dauphin can be crowned traditionally in the cathedral of Reims - and does not need her anymore, since his wishes are satisfied. Jeanne d'Arc gets set up in his trap and is imprisoned by the Burgundians. In a trial against her under English law, she can't be forced to tell about her divine visions she has had continuously since childhood. Being condemned of witchcraft and being considered as relapsed heretic, she is sentenced to death. Jeanne d'Arc is burnt alive in the marketplace of Rouen on May 30th, 1431, at only 19 years of age.

Witch Hunt
Detective Philip Lovecraft lives in Los Angeles in the 1950s when an ambitious Senator is holding hearings, on Magic. Magic is the new influence in Tinsel Town. Lovecraft is unique in that he is the only one who refuses to use magic in his work. Shortly after he is hired, he finds his client, Kim Hudson, accused of the murder of her husband, a film executive. Philip uses the tallents of a local witch, Kropotkin, to explain what is happening only to see her accused of the murder and sentenced to be burnt at the stake. Reminiscent of Roger Rabbit, without the toons.

Once You Meet a Stranger
This made-for-television remake of Alfred Hitchcock's "Strangers on a Train" (1951) follows the same story, but has changed the genders of the lead characters from male to female. Sheila Gaines is a former child star whose first husband is unwilling to give her a divorce. A chance meeting with Margo Anthony on a train leads to a conversation where the mentally unstable Margo, who hates her mother, suggests that they swap murders, so as to solve their problems. Although she thinks nothing of the conversation, Sheila's life takes a surprising turn when her husband is murdered by Margo. Now Margo wants Sheila to do her part of "the deal." With the police on her tail and Margo constantly in her face, Sheila must find a way out of this tangled web.
