i personally knew ike turner and he was a prick. i played in his band and was unable to detect any measurable real musical talent he was a liar, and cheated me out of $1100.00 and he also cheated other band members and i saw them counting their reduced pay,shaking their heads. it kills me
that a pushy, dope addict punk like ike turner gets ANY recognition. that crappy song,rocket88 is a total joke.when i played
with his band we were supposed to be a blues
group but the trash he played was hotel lounge pop garbage. he was garbage. fuck ike
