Daniela: By the time I was ten I was dying to get into a theatre school for acting. My parents were dead set against the idea at first because they were concerned that I get a good education but I wore them out! I really wanted to act so badly and conveyed it well enough to my parents that they finally let me audition for a theatre school. It closed down after two months, unfortunately. Luckily I got into another one very soon afterwards called the Corona Academy in Hammersmith. I don't believe it had anything to do with the Mexican beer but you never know! After seven months that one closed down because the head mistress was retiring.
Daniela's mother was born in Britain to Polish parents and raised in France.
She only appeared in one episode of the fourth season of My Family, before reverting back to a starring character for the show's fifth season.
Daniela appeared in Lesley Masters' Wormwood, a winning play in the London Radio Playwrights' Festival.
She starred in the TV movie North & South, playing the role of Margaret Hale.
She is 1.63 metres (5 foot 4 inches) tall.
Her first recurring role in a television series came in 1995, when she starred as Sarah Hills in the long-running British soap EastEnders. She remained on the show until 1999.
She commenced her television career by appearing in a series of commercials for various products.
She is fluent in English, Polish and French
Daniela studied ballet and tap dancing as a child, and began acting at age ten.
