Anna: I am usually the last to know about these things but I know the producers are scouting for locations at the moment.
Anna: (On the set of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe) It's a laid-back set, and everyone's very friendly. Andrew is so relaxed that it makes everyone else relaxed
Anna: (On her first impression of co-star Skandar Keyes) Skandar has these eyes that are really expressive and quite penetrating.
Anna: I'm one of those people who really wants to do everything. And if I had enough time, I really would.
Anna: (about fansites) I've seen a couple of fansites and I've seen NarniaWeb a while back. But, there seems to be a lot of internet support which is great, I don't think anyone has posted messages on there. I know I haven't. Anyhoo. It's out there but what is reportedly from us really isn't. But, I think we're all aware of the internet. Which is really nice and we all really appreciate it.
Anna: I think the weirdest experience I had was I was on holiday in the summer and I hadn’t seen the trailer in cinemas, I’d only seen the tape of it, and I went with some friends of friends to see War Of The Worlds and I didn’t know the trailer was on it and they’d only just met me and they didn’t know about the film and I got this sudden [points] ‘Is that you?!’ It was really embarrassing; a really weird experience.
Anna made her film debut in Mansfield Park (1999) but The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was her first major role.
Her grandfather Sir Oliver Popplewell was a former High Court judge.

She got Georgie Henley to start crying during the Stone Table scene by saying "you would cry for your sister, why won't you cry for me?!" for ten minutes, and then screaming "I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU SO MUCH!"
Anna accidentally fell into acting when she was four, drama was the only summer course available for her age group, and she loved it!
It is rumored that she tried out for the part of Hermione Granger in Harry Potter
