Amiel began her international singing career when she was only 9 years old with a haunting ecology song What About the Children?, which was a plea to save the rainforests of Brazil for the children of the world.
Amiel went to Elwood High School where she gained much future inspiration for her future albums dealing with the pain of love.
Amiel released an electroclash cover of the song Split Enz song One Step Ahead on the Finns brothers tribute album She Will Have Her Way in 2005.
Amiel's second album was released on June 15, 2006 in Australia. It contains the songs Round and Round and Be Your Girl.
Amiel has appeared on the Australian TV series Raw FM.
