Aled (on Strictly Come Dancing): The best thing I’ve ever done in my life, ever! Better than singing, better than releasing records … better than anything.
Aled: I was the one who didn’t dance at my own wedding.
Aled: There is no street cred in being a choir boy.
Aled: Like all performers, I have perfectionist tendencies, which is why spending six hours a day rehearsing for Strictly Come Dancing suited me fine. I lost two and a half stone, and finally learnt how exhilarating it feels to be fit.
Aled: I try to find the fun in everything I do – otherwise, what is the point?
