In 1993, Aaron shared in a nomination for a Young Artist Award in the category of Outstanding Young Ensemble Cast in a Motion Picture for the movie Newsies (1992).
Aaron appeared in the movie Rent as Steve, a member of an AIDS support group.
He graduated from UCLA with a major in film.
